Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Eligibility:

    • Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

    • Item must be in the original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable products, perishable goods, and personalized/custom-made items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
