Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Eligibility:
Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
Item must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable products, perishable goods, and personalized/custom-made items.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
